COCO BLANCO

Coco Blanco is a hypothetical men's lifestyle brand that was designed by my team and I for a supply chain and global sourcing course at the Savannah College of Art & Design. For this project, we designed a supply chain strategy for a swimwear collection sourced across the globe. We worked with Carvico (an Italian fabrics supplier) and manufacturers located in Egypt, Peru, and the Philippines. Throughout the quarter we developed our brand, designed a tech pack, conducted country and transportation research, analyzed costing, locked down our sourcing strategy, and finalized our distribution strategy. During this experience I gained an appreciation and passion for product development and global sourcing.
